Thermalcore™ packaging, featuring Vacuum Insulation Panels (VIP), is the next generation in insulated shipper technology. The VIP technology used in Thermalcore™ shippers has an R value of 40 at one inch thickness (polyurethane has an R value of 6 at the same thickness!). This super insulation will enable superior temperature control in hot and cold environmental conditions. With such a high insulation value, thinner panel cross sections can be used; this will result in smaller packages, requiring less cooling medium, easier pack-out, and reduced freight costs. In addition, the Thermalcore™ VIP technology is environmentally friendly (insulation core is 100% recyclable), non toxic, does not outgas, and reusable. Choose from two shipper sizes packed in convenient case quantities.
